About
Elias is a graduate student from El Paso, Texas. He received his bachelors degree in chemistry from UTEP and received his master’s degree in analytical chemistry with a focus on electrochemistry from the University of Florida. His interests in electrochemistry, specifically battery research as well as corrosion have led him to this group. Elias is currently researching stress crack corrosion monitoring and magnesium alloys for use in microstructure design o biodegradable medical implants.
